Fill in the reservation form, giving your name, contact details and dates you would like to stay.

You will be contacted by one of our representatives to confirm your booking and method of payment.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. (All major credit cards accepted, there is a nominal transaction fee)

A 50% deposit can be made to reserve your apartment. The remainder to be paid at least 7 days prior to your arrival.

Below is a copy of our terms and conditions, which will be provided to you on confirmation of your booking.

Check in:

AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE. There is no reception at your apartment building for Signature and you are not staying in a hotel. It is important that you have your arrival details and that we have made contact with you BEFORE YOU ARRIVE in order for us to meet you, hand over keys and check you in. Please call our all hours number (+27 214222898 or +27 732541514) or email us at to confirm your check in details.

On the day of arrival, call to confirm your check in (30mins prior to arrival in Cape Town if driving or as you depart from Airport/Station). This way, there should be no delays as you arrive. Check in time is from 14.30 onwards. For an early morning arrival, we advise you book for the night before as well, as your apartment may only be ready for occupation by 14.30 .

Check out:

Check out time is 10.00am on the day of departure. Late check out may result in penalty fees as there are usually more guests arriving the day you leave.

Key and Damages Deposit:

A key and breakage deposit of ZAR 1500 is payable on or before check in, before handover of keys, and will be returned upon check out, should everything be in order.

A full inventory list will be provided to each client upon check-in. This inventory form should be checked and signed by all clients and returned no later than 24 hours after checking in. Should this form not be returned and signed within 24 hours, the inventory will be considered as complete and accepted by the client.

Any loss or damage to the property and/or its contents must be paid for, whether accidental or intentional. Any lost keys or keys not returned will result in lock and keys being replaced and you held accountable for costs. This is in the absolute interest of security.

Due attention is therefore advised!! Should damage / loss be more than the Key and Breakage deposit, you will be held liable for the additional costs.

Credit Card Payments:

Due to security issues, any guests who make payment via credit card would need to supply the following information upon checking into an apartment. The information required is a necessary safety measure when dealing with South African banks and overseas payments.

With any credit card payments, Signature Online has to provide the bank with absolute proof that we dealt with the owner of that card and that we had the card holders express permission to deduct the card in the form of a written approval.

The following information is required with all credit card payments:

1. A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to pay for the booking.

2. A copy of the ID or passport of the credit card holder.

3. A letter from the card holder stating that they give Signature Online permission to debit the credit card to the value of the
booking. This letter will have to be signed with the credit card number being stated and the apartment the payment relates

Cancellation Fees and No Show:

The following fees on the total rental amount is applicable as follows:

30+ days prior to Arrival 0%
15-30 days prior to Arrival 25%
7-14 days prior to Arrival 50%
Within 7 days of Arrival 100%

In the event of a cancellation or no show for a short-term or daily lets, you will be accountable for the first 7 days of your rental and forfeit your deposit.

In the event of a cancellation or no show for monthly lets, you will be accountable for the first 30 days of your rental plus a key and breakages deposit.

All credit card transfer fees will be charged to your account and will be payable upon arrival.


The apartment is serviced once weekly, including a laundry service with replacement bedding and towels. Should more frequent cleaning be required, this must be arranged with our office at the following rates:

Studio/1 bedroom apartment – R210 per day
2 bedroom apartment – R250 per day
3+ bedroom apartment – R300 per day

Our airport shuttle and porter service will be available at an additional cost of R150 per person.

Internet connection (if available) is for your own account and is usually paid via pre pay vouchers. Ask your Signature Online representative for details, should you require a voucher.

Late night / early morning arrivals (working hours are 9.00 to 18.00) must be arranged before your arrival day and may be subject to an additional charge of R210, which is payable on arrival.

We reserve the right to substitute the applicable apartment with another similar or higher quality apartment, should your chosen apartment not be lettable for any reason whatsoever.

By accepting this booking, you confirm that you adhere to these conditions set out above and authorise Signature Online to charge your credit card with any amount as per conditions above.

Please remember to bring your ID, or passport with you for positive identification on arrival.
